You can check the status of your order by clicking the drop-down menu button at the top left part of the home page. You can then access 'Track Your Items', where you can submit your tracking number.
Due to communication delays with our suppliers, your tracking number will most likely be provided in an email sent to you a day or more after placing your purchase. If you did not receive your tracking number, you can contact us at support@starfalllabs.com.au and we will provide you your tracking number ourselves as soon as possible.
If you need to ask questions about our store and help concerning your order, you can contact us at support@starfalllabs.com.au. There is also a 'Contact Us' page at the drop-down menu in the top left of the home page. We will do our best to get back to you in less than 24 hours.
If you find that there is an issue with your order and would like to request a refund, please send us an email at support@starfalllabs.com.au with a description and/or picture concerning the state of your order. If we deem your refund request successful, we will issue a complete refund in an addition to a complementary discount for future purchases.
